Polutrajna kobasica od mesa u komadima napunjena u nejestivi ovitak prečnika 90 mm. Na presjeku je vidljivo prosalamureno svinjsko meso ujednačene ružičastocrvene boje. Okus i miris svojstveni na kuvanu šunku. Sastojci: svinjsko meso od buta 62%, voda, so, šećer, kalijum hlorid, zgušnjivač E407, regulator kiselosti E451, emulgator E452, dekstroza, antioksidans E301, arome i konzervans E250. Tehnološki postupak proizvodnje obuhvata: pripremu nadjeva, usitnjavanje mesa, hidriranje, tambliranje, punjenje u ovitak, termičku obradu, hlađenje i pakovanje. Rok trajanja proizvoda je 60 dana uz hladni režim čuvanja. Proizvod je neto težine 2500 g , upakovan je u poliamidni ovitak i zatvoren je sa metalnim prstenom i omčom.
